Since your ISP or email delivery service email client probably uses some type of spam filter we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. All of these are known as whitelisting.

To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, you must add the email address or corporate domain of the sender to your Address Book or Custom Sender List.

1. Click the “Spam Controls” link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.
2. When the “Mail & Spam Controls” box appears, click the “Custom sender list” link.
3. Choose the “allow email from” option.
4. Add drs1.com then click “Add”
5. Click “Save”

AOL Web Mail

If using AOL web mail replying to an email from The Wealthy Dentist University will also work.

If you’re not receiving email at you are expecting, there are two things you can do:

Entering the email contact in the address book or contacts no longer whitelists the sender

To ensure messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder, you can do one of two things:

1. Check the “Junk” folder if you do not see The Wealthy Dentist University email in your inbox

Outlook 2003

Because of the various email platforms that can work with Outlook, it is tricky to tell you how to receive all email to your Outlook inbox. We can tell you, however, how to make sure you can see all the emails you receive as they were intended to be seen – with images. If a company is not in your address book or “Safe Sender” list, your HTML images will not display.

To have HTML display correctly, users can:

1. Change their automatic download settings
2. Add your email or domain to their approved sender list
   1. Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML email
   2. Choose “Change automatic download settings” option
   3. When the popup comes up, uncheck the first box in the list that says “don’t download pictures or other HTML content automatically
   4. Click “OK”

   To change settings:

1. Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML email
2. Choose "Add the domain to the safe sender list" option

Earthlink

If you are not receiving email at Earthlink, there are two actions you can take.

1. Check “Suspect Email” folder
2. Add drs1.com to your address book
3. Repeat for thewealthydentistuniversity.com

With Earthlink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically send to your Suspect Email folder if the domain is not in your address book.

Suspect Email Folder

1. While in the “Suspect Email” folder, if you see The Wealthy Dentist University email, select it.
2. Select the “Move to Inbox and Add Contact” option from the pull down menu.
3. This will add us to your Address Book for future email delivery assurance.

Address Book Inclusion

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

The Wealthy Dentist University reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Products and Services and The Wealthy Dentist University Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. These terms of use constitute an enforceable legal agreement which is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Marin County, California, U.S.A. to hear and resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Products and service and The Wealthy Dentist University Web Site. Use of the Products and services and The Wealthy Dentist University Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Wealthy Dentist University as a result of this agreement or use of the Products and services and The Wealthy Dentist University Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

Enrollment in The Wealthy Dentist University is restricted to practicing dentists (or their spouse) only.

Billing Procedures:

The Wealthy Dentist University bills its client doctors on a monthly basis. Billing is automatic to the client doctor’s credit card on file. If this credit card fails payment, The Wealthy Dentist University will do its best to inform the doctor of this problem by email, phone and fax using the client’s on-file contact information.

Cancellation of Services for Non-Payment:

After seventeen days of non-payment of service The Wealthy Dentist University will terminate all client services provided. To reactivate The Wealthy Dentist University services, any outstanding balance due must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy:

If a doctor wishes to leave The Wealthy Dentist University’s service, he or she may do so at any time. All Wealthy Dentist University service agreements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed to in writing or as stipulated as part of a promotional offer.

Upon completion of the Cancellation Procedure (see below), The Wealthy Dentist University will stop billing the credit card on file at the next scheduled billing period. The Wealthy Dentist University will not pro-rate the monthly charge for the final month of membership and will not refund charges made prior to cancellation.

If you chose to cancel your enrollment in The Wealthy Dentist University all of your membership benefits, including bonuses, live seminars, retreats and any other internet marketing programs or campaigns shall be terminated simultaneously. You will have the option to continue any internet marketing programs at their retail rate.

Cancellation Procedure:

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect you and your practice from unethical actions by a competitor or employee that may harm your practice.

Request for cancellation can be submitted in writing by e-mail to dean@thewealthydentistuniversity.com or by phone. Either method will be confirmed with a confirmation e-mail from The Wealthy Dentist University. This confirmation notice serves as your verification of cancellation. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive this e-mail.
